The implementation of digital solutions in the activities of small businesses or, in other words, business digitalization, should be considered to be one of the most relevant areas in the modern context of business development for increasing the level of competitiveness. This term represents the usage and implementation of digital technologies and products with the aim of improving company business, increasing the level of interaction with customers and suppliers, which eventually will result in a positive impact on overall productivity and financial results. The research is aimed at developing an action plan for introducing innovative technologies into a small business company based on an assessment of the level of digital maturity. The analysis of current company problems was conducted through a series of expert interviews with small and medium-sized business owners and made it possible to identify current development vectors. Analysis of the company's digital maturity based on an online survey allowed to determine the level of digital maturity of the company. A strategy session and a round table with the company's top management allowed them to concretize the identified problems and determine the best ways to solve them. Based on these analyses, a strategic roadmap and action plan to improve the company's digital maturity were developed. The developed roadmap will serve as an advantage to the company for its development and increase the level of competitiveness.
