This paper will consider a project of the development of a strategy for bringing Company X to the market of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, all pharmaceutical companies have a plan – to strengthen the position of domestic medicines on the market. The expansion into the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries will help Russian manufacturers establish themselves in the market and create confidence and stability for Russian pharmaceutical production. Due to the current geopolitical situation, investments have stopped pouring into Russian enterprises, which has led to the suspension of many research projects to develop their own molecules (Russian factories do not produce raw materials for basic molecules, but buy from other countries, therefore there is a high supplier strength in the industry). For this reason, the President of Russia set a goal for the industry - to increase the share of domestic medicines and reduce dependence on a foreign manufacturer. This project will consider the development of a strategy for entering the market of one of the EAEU member countries in order to strengthen the company's position (strengthen the brand) in the pharmaceutical market, attract investment and continue developing its own molecules in order not to depend on imported raw materials and products in the future and expand the company's capabilities (creating alliances, innovative technologies). The development of such a strategy will lead to the following result - reducing the level of dependence on foreign suppliers, improving the quality of products produced at enterprises, developing their own innovative materials and technologies and strengthening their positions in the pharmaceutical market in accordance with the presidential decree, also a company with such positions and competencies will be able to participate in sustainable development and ensure a healthy lifestyle and promote well-being for all (Goal № 3).
