Business Processes Simulation Model Development for a Small Enterprise

This graduate qualification work is dedicated to the analysis of the efficiency of business processes at the agricultural company «Zarya Putino». The first chapter, "Literature Review and Selection of Research Methods", describes the analysis and selection of tools, approaches, and methods necessary for the research, as well as their comparative analysis. The second chapter, "Enterprise Architecture Description", is devoted to finding an inefficient business process and describing the enterprise architecture of «Zarya Putino». From the perspective of a dedicated business process, we present a project for transitioning to the implementation of an improved TO-BE business process. In the third chapter "Simulation Modeling", we conduct an economic analysis of the efficacy of the created TO-BE business process model using the simulation model. The fourth chapter, "Developing a new business process model for the Runa WFE system", focuses on the implementation of the TO-BE business process model. This work includes 101 pages, 46 figures, 31 tables, and 12 appendices. The keywords for this chapter are business processes, enterprise architecture, business process management systems (BPMS), simulation modeling, and agriculture.
