Managing Organizational Culture as a Business Process

In the contemporary business environment, the management of organizations is inextricably linked to the impact on the system of business processes occurring within the company. The efficacy of this system is contingent upon the organizational culture, which is first considered as an independent element of process-oriented management within this paper. The theoretical model of organizational culture as a business process, developed within the framework of this work, serves as the foundation for a step-by-step algorithm for managing the phenomenon under study. The author's model was subjected to testing within the context of the “X” company, which was experiencing significant difficulties in this area. Consequently, the company was presented with a list of activities that contribute to the achievement of the jointly set goals of impact on organizational culture. Moreover, the practical applicability of the model was demonstrated. In conclusion, the present work represents a significant contribution to the theoretical and methodological foundations of organizational culture management. This model can serve as a foundation for further research in this direction.
