The advantages of using neural networks and text generation to automate communication with patients are noted. Alexander Gusev and companies such as McKinsey & Company, Gartner, Stanford HAI and Webiomed have made significant contributions to the study of the AI market. Studies by Yu. A. Vasiliev, A.V. Vladzimirsky and O. V. Omelyanskaya assessed the maturity of AI technologies in diagnostics, and S. V. Shishkin considered the implementation and management of innovations.
