Its potential is especially interesting in small medical businesses, where effective customer management is critical to success. The degree of scientific development of the problem: Many studies show a growing interest in the use of AI in medical institutions to optimize client processes. The advantages of using neural networks and text generation to automate communication with patients are noted. Alexander Gusev and companies such as McKinsey & Company, Gartner, Stanford HAI and Webiomed have made significant contributions to the study of the AI market. Studies by Yu. A. Vasiliev, A.V. Vladzimirsky and O. V. Omelyanskaya assessed the maturity of AI technologies in diagnostics, and S. V. Shishkin considered the implementation and management of innovations. The results will help assess the practical value of implementing such systems and develop recommendations for business and government on their use in healthcare. The object of the study: A chatbot based on ChatGPT with the functions of an administrator: consultation on symptoms and selection of a doctor, site navigation. The subject of the study: The results of the indicators of the MedArt medical institution for attracting customers before and after the introduction of the chatbot. The purpose and objectives of the study: The goal is to use a chatbot to reduce the cost of attracting customers and retaining existing ones. Tasks: 1. Analyze the research and results of the implementation of AI in healthcare and small business. 2. Analyze the global and Russian market of AI solutions in healthcare. 3.
