The final qualification work on the topic "Development of measures to solve the problems of turnover of sales managers" on the example of Solara includes an analysis of the existing system of motivation of sales managers, the causes of turnover and suggestions for improving this system. As part of the work, all aspects of staff turnover, company documentation, and the solar energy market in the Republic of Uzbekistan were studied. Recommendations were also proposed that can be implemented in the company to retain sales managers.
