Development of a Business Strategy for the LLC Pozhbezopasnost in the Field of Fire Safety Services in Moscow and the Moscow Region

This final qualification work is devoted to the development of a business development strategy for the company "Pozhbezopasnost" in the field of fire safety services. The fire safety market in the Russian Federation is an important segment of the economy related to ensuring the safety of people and property. Given the increasing number of emergencies and possible fire threats, fire safety issues are becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal way for the company to develop in the market of fire safety services in Moscow and the Moscow region. To achieve this goal, the following main tasks were identified: a review of theoretical approaches in the field of business strategy research, company diagnostics, market analysis of fire safety services, competitive analysis, development of strategic initiatives, evaluation of strategy based on OKR metrics and identification of potential risks. The research includes an analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, the use of various analysis tools such as PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis, as well as the development of a business development strategy with ranked strategic recommendations and an initiative implementation plan. The company "Pozhbezopasnost" successfully implements activities in the market of fire safety services in Moscow and the Moscow region, has a good reputation, highly qualified personnel, certificates and licenses, as well as its own production of innovative products in the field of fire extinguishing. The developed development strategy of the company will help to identify priority areas of development, focus internal resources on the most promising tasks and achieve the set goals. The study has practical significance for the company, offers specific recommendations and strategic initiatives to strengthen market positions and increase the effectiveness of activities in the field of fire safety.
