Internationalization Strategy Development for Russian Company X

This thesis project is a comprehensive study of the company's entry strategy into the marketplace Kaspi.kz with and lunchboxes. The main goal of the project is to create an internalization strategy. The work uses various research methodologies, including SWOT, PESTEL and Porter's Five Forces analysis, which allowed for a deep study of the external and internal business environment. Special attention is paid to the logistical aspects of the project, including supply strategies and supply chain management, which is critical to ensure operational efficiency at the international level. The financial analysis shows the high investment attractiveness of the project, supported by calculations of NPV, IRR and other key investment indicators. The results of the study confirm that the project has a high potential for successful implementation, offering stable and sustainable development of the company in a new market. This project can serve as a basis for strategic planning and solving practical problems in the field of international business and supply chain management.
