In today's rapidly changing business space, traditional manual methods of tracking employee attendance and managing their working hours are often time- consuming and error-prone, leading to inefficiency and potential financial losses for companies. The key objective of this thesis is the design, development and implementation of an automated system by which the entire staff of the company will be capable of monitoring the working hours, and management and HR department will make management decisions based on the data provided by the system. To achieve the main goal of the study, it is necessary to form a hardware and software complex for accounting and access control, design a database, develop algorithms for calculating and analyzing employee performance, create a web service for displaying data, and test the system. The result of the work is a comprehensive automated system for access and control of employees' working hours that meets all the requirements of the company in which it was developed. This system will not only simplify the process of registering and tracking employee attendance, but also provide real-time information and analytics that will help managers make informed decisions regarding personnel management, resource allocation and planning.
