The goal of the work was to develop recommendations for improving the employer's brand at Unipharm. To achieve this objective, an initial interview with the HR director of the company was conducted, followed by an in-depth analysis. Next, 11 interviews were conducted with employees at different levels of the company to gather insights that formed the basis for a survey of the entire staff. Based on these insights, a survey was developed to determine the company's vision from the employees' perspective. The results of the research revealed the unique features of the company, which formed the foundation for proposing a new employer brand strategy. Two target audience groups were also identified as significant aspects of the work on the employer brand. The final outcome of the research is a set of recommendations and performance indicators that are relevant to the scope of the study.
