Development of Corporate University Evolution Scenarios

In the context of the rapidly changing profile of corporate education, corporate universities are the main force in helping organizations actively implement technological changes and modernize development strategies. Despite the increased relevance of this phenomenon, there are still gaps in research on this topic in the scientific field. This paper fills the gap of studying the factors that influence the development of a corporate university. Based on two iterations of the Foresight session with experts from large Russian companies, a pool of 20 factors influencing the development of this phenomenon was formed. Also on their basis, a matrix of 15 development scenarios was formed, the main risks that can negatively affect the development of this phenomenon were identified, and response strategies were provided to prevent these threats. The developed strategies in the context of the scenarios are given on the example of the corporate university of Yandex to illustrate the practical significance of the results.
