Methods of Recruitment and Retaining Young Employees in the Context of Staff Shortages at the Nikoliers

Today the labor market is characterized by the lack of young specialists in many industries. The problem is relevant, because as the demand for young professionals increases, so does the competition between companies for their recruitment. The main objective of this study is to develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining young professionals, reducing staff turnover and increasing the competitiveness of the company. The object of this study is a consulting company in Nikoliers. The subject of the study is the methods of attracting and retaining young employees. This work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and appendices. The theoretical chapter contains the study and analysis of methods of attracting and retaining young professionals. The empirical part of the research uses a combination of methods, in-depth interviews with HR-specialists and company managers, as well as a survey of company employees. The main problems faced by HR-specialists and young company employees are identified, and the parameters of success of current methods of attracting and retaining young employees in Nikoliers are determined. The third chapter formulates recommendations for improving the adaptation and retention processes by introducing a mentoring program, methods for clear goal-setting during the probationary period, and tools for improving interaction with colleagues and management. And the development of a recognition and rewards program was provided to increase employee loyalty and engagement. In addition, metrics were developed to enable regular assessment and analysis of the effectiveness of strategies to attract and retain young employees at Nikoliers, allowing for timely identification of areas for improvement and development of new approaches to HR management. Which is aimed at creating a favorable working environment, increasing employee job satisfaction, reducing employee turnover and improving the company's stability and productivity.
