In recent years, there has been an increasing recognition of the importance of addressing environmental concerns in light of population growth, technological progress, and rising economic activity. These developments have highlighted the need for innovative approaches to ensure sustainable growth. Green bonds represent one such approach, as they provide a means to mobilize capital for projects that contribute to environmental sustainability. This paper examines the potential for LANIT-Integration, a company specializing in the design and implementation of integrated information systems, to issue green bonds. Although the company has successfully completed individual projects that contribute to sustainable development, it has yet to incorporate green bonds into its financial offering, limiting its ability to attract additional resources. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for integrating green bonds into the financial strategy of LANIT-Integration. The study will analyze international and domestic practices of green bond issuance, evaluate the potential implications of implementation, establish criteria for selecting projects for funding, estimate the costs of implementation, and develop a project for green bond issuance. The practical significance of this research lies in the potential to utilize the findings of our study, including the calculations and justifications, in order to determine the most suitable conditions and strategy for LANIT-Integration's bond loan application. This would help ensure that the company's financial objectives are achieved while also contributing to environmental sustainability.
