Young companies are inevitably faced with a number of internal and external challenges and threats as they strive to grow and develop. These challenges are often associated with inconsistencies between the primary organizational and management structures, approaches, and business processes of the company and the evolving needs of the business. If these issues are not addressed, they can become a significant obstacle to future business success and even lead to the complete failure of the company, particularly in the context of the BANI world. In this regard, it is essential for young companies to be able to identify issues in a timely manner and implement appropriate organizational adjustments in order to ensure the adequacy of their corporate structures and current business processes in relation to external conditions. This is a challenging task, as not all young businesses have the necessary knowledge, human resources, and financial means for effective planning and implementation of relevant initiatives. Additionally, the lack of a well-developed theoretical and methodological foundation in the relevant field, as well as the limited availability of comprehensive applied research, makes it difficult for companies to effectively address these challenges. As a result, many companies find themselves facing these issues alone. In this context, it is particularly relevant and significant to conduct thematic theoretical and applied research, with the aim of developing a comprehensive recommendation framework for organizational changes in young companies, in the form of a case study. The significance of analyzing the App. Science case stems from the current stage of the company's development, and the opportunity to observe, through corporate experience, almost the entire spectrum of problems and risks typical of this stage in an organization's lifecycle. In this regard, the recommendations derived from this case can be relevant for a wide range of organizations in the same sector and at a similar stage in their development. The focus of the study will be the company App. Science. The subject of investigation will be the management of change processes in organizations at the early stages of their lifecycle. The aim of this research is to develop a strategic plan for implementing organizational change management in App.Science, considering the specific characteristics of its current phase of the organizational life cycle. The focus of the study will be the company App. Science.
