This work presents an assessment of the financial and economic risks of an investment project for the construction of a Distribution Center. The goal of the work is to identify and assess the risks of a specific company, as well as to develop recommendations for minimizing these risks. In accordance with the set goal, the following tasks were set: - to consider the activities of the company LLC "RC Kemerovo" and determine its position in the market; - to analyze the main indicators and assess the economic efficiency of the investment project for the construction of warehouse real estate of LLC "RC Kemerovo"; - to consider the general characteristics of approaches and methods for assessing financial and economic risks in the implementation of projects; - to justify the choice of risk assessment method and apply it within the framework of the enterprise under consideration; - to assess project risks based on the selected methods - to develop practical recommendations for overcoming risks - to assess the effectiveness of the presented recommendations As a result of the work, all the tasks were completed, the project risks were identified, their impact was assessed, and a strategy was developed to overcome the risks.
