Analysis of the existing training system revealed the problem of its ineffectiveness, expressed in insufficient individualization of training programs, lack of transparency of information and feedback. On the basis of theoretical analysis and study of practical experience in the field of corporate training, recommendations were developed for the development of the training system in OJSC «Nikolliers». These recommendations include proposals on personalizing training programs, increasing openness and feedback, as well as the use of modern technologies in training. Implementation of the proposed recommendations will allow the company to create an effective and employee-oriented system of corporate training, which will respond to the individual needs of the employee and support his professional growth. The research results may be useful for other companies experiencing similar problems.
