Business Plan Development for Expanding the Blockchain Capital Fund into the European Market

The work is devoted to the analysis and strategic planning of the expansion of the Blockchain Capital venture fund into the European market, with a main focus on Germany. The study includes PESTEL and SWOT analysis and application of Porter's Five Forces Model to assess the competitive environment. The results show that Germany is the most attractive market for venture capital investments in blockchain projects. The developed foreign direct investment (FDI) strategy identifies opportunities for accelerated development of the fund in a new region. The findings highlight the need for careful analysis of market conditions and the active use of strategic tools to successfully enter new markets and strengthen positions in the global blockchain industry.
