Development of a Current Model of Entrepreneurial Competencies in Russia

In a modern world, where technological innovation and globalization play a key role, entrepreneurship in Russia faces new challenges that require adaptation and development of new competencies. The relevance of this study is due to the need to understand what competencies are necessary for a modern Russian entrepreneur to be successful in the conditions of digitalization, globalization and cross-cultural characteristics. The aim of the study is to develop a model of entrepreneur competencies that can meet modern requirements and contribute to the formation of a new generation of entrepreneurs in Russia. The research is based on the analysis of theoretical literature, quantitative questionnaire survey and qualitative interviews with entrepreneurs. The results of the work represent an actual model of competencies of a modern entrepreneur in Russia. Based on the findings, practical recommendations for updating educational programs and supporting entrepreneurial activity are proposed. The results of the study contribute to a deep understanding of the requirements for modern entrepreneurship in Russia and offer a basis for adapting the educational process and business environment practices to the new realities, thus contributing to the training of successful entrepreneurs of the new generation
