Developing a Strategy for the Entry of MTS Live Ticket Aggregator into the Movie Segment of the Entertainment Market

This thesis deals with the development of a strategy for the entry of MTS Live into the market of online sales of movie tickets. The purpose of the research is to analyze the current state of the market, identify strategic advantages and threats, and develop an effective action plan for the successful implementation of the new service. The work includes diagnosing the company's business context, analyzing the macro environment using PEST and SWOT analyses, and assessing the attractiveness of the target market segment. The study considers key success factors, competitive advantages and weaknesses of the company, and proposes specific steps to implement the strategy, including the acquisition of specialized software, integration of new technologies and marketing promotion. The results obtained confirm the high potential of MTS Live to successfully enter the market of online sales of movie tickets, which allows the company to hope for sustainable development and strengthening of its market position.
