My topic is "Development of a business plan for the opening of a network of premium beauty salons." This work is carried out for the purpose of implementing this idea and opening beauty salons “Fleur Delacour” in the future. The purpose: to develop a business plan for the opening of a network of premium beauty salons in Moscow and St. Petersburg in accordance with the needs of the beauty market and customer requests. Research methods. To identify the theoretical components, scientific articles in the electronic resources of the HSE library, in the scientific library eLIBRARY, Harvard Business Review and ScienceDirect will be analyzed. Analyses of the external and internal environment and their methods will be used, an analysis of the 5 competitive forces of M. Porter, a comparative analysis of competitors. Research results: a detailed successful business plan will be developed, which will include structured marketing, organizational, production, investment and financial plans, an assessment of the effectiveness of the project and its further financial feasibility will be determined, a complete set of strategies for the sustainable development of a business in beauty will be obtained.
