Development Strategy for the Business Unit of Canned Mushroom Production at Belgorod Canning Plant LLC

At present there is a growing trend in consumption of canned vegetables in Russia and production of canned mushrooms is one of the prospective niches for companies in this market. The project focuses on formulating a strategic plan for developing Belgorod Canning Plant LLC business unit in view of the worsening geopolitical situation and frequent changes in the dollar exchange rate. The study comprises analyses of the company’s external and internal environment using special frameworks and is aimed at identifying strategic alternatives and evaluation of their effectiveness. The results to be obtained are strategic recommendations for the company’s business unit development.
