This thesis is devoted to the topic “Formation of Strategic Alternatives for Expanding the Geography of "Vkusvill`s" Presence”. The work provides a comprehensive analysis of the external and internal environment of the company using various analytical methodologies, including PESTEL-analysis, VRIO-analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. The purpose of the study is to identify the key factors affecting the strategic development of the company and develop recommendations for expanding the geographical presence of VkusVill. The analysis assesses the impact of political, economic, social and technological factors, as well as the competitive forces that determine the company's position in the market. Based on the analysis, various strategic alternatives were proposed to strengthen the company's competitive position and expand its presence in new markets. The recommendations include investments in new technologies, development of partnerships and optimization of logistics processes. The work provides a comprehensive approach to the formation of strategic decisions, which contributes to the sustainable development of VkusVill in a dynamically changing external environment.
