This article discusses the process of developing a business plan for entering the Russian market. It covers various sources of information and materials relevant to business planning, as well as techniques and tools for its development and implementation. The goal is to create a customized plan that can serve as a basis for launching a successful business in the market. Throughout the process, both domestic and international sources are analyzed, with the aim of identifying best practices that can be applied in the development of an effective business strategy. As a result, a list of tools, steps, and analytical data are provided to assist in avoiding common pitfalls in project implementation.
