Abstract to the WRC «Development of a business plan for a club cafe» Abstract to the WRC "Development of a business plan for a club cafe. The goal for the work is to develop a business plan for opening a modern cafe in Moscow. Market analysis showed that the available volume is 37.25 billion rubles. The investment required for the implementation of the project is 12,800,000 rubles. The net present value (NPV) is 1,070,563. According to the results of the work, several tasks were completed: 1) Many sources containing theoretical knowledge on business planning have been analyzed. Based on this, the concepts, classifications and functions characterizing the business plan were clearly described. 2) The market of club cafes in Moscow was characterized – it is at the stage of growth and does not contain major players. An economically attractive market for project placement. 3) A business plan has been created to open a competitive Horizon cafe in Moscow. It is developed on the basis of UNIDO, so it contains all the main sections. 4) An assessment of the financial efficiency of the cafe was carried out, and on the basis of this assessment, a positive management decision was made.
