Transformation of the Business Model of a Company

In recent years, new political realities in Russia have led to a robust growth in the market for online booking of passenger transportation tickets. This project's aim is to develop a strategy for the largest Russian classified, Avito, to enter the new market segment - online ticket booking. Research is conducted using primary and secondary methods of information collection, applying both academic business frameworks and the company’s proprietary approach. Developed recommendations for strategy formulation will foster understanding of the new segment entry and increase performance indicators in market share and revenue.
