Development Strategy of the Company Wurth Rus in New Economic Conditions

In the current economic environment consumer behavior has changed and become more price sensitive in the DIY market. This poses a threat to companies operating in the premium segment. In addition, the presence of large players makes the competition tougher in this market. Therefore, companies need to develop their strategies in order to remain their positions. The aim of this study is to investigate what steps should be taken in order to create an effective strategy for the company JSC Wurth Rus operating in this market. The research methods include consulting marketing research, academic publications related to the development strategy, DIY market reports. These methods and analyses will help to develop strategic recommendations for the company in order to increase its competitiveness and profit.
