Development of a Business Plan for a Company

Annotation "Academy of Linguists" is a project under development, positioning itself as an online Chinese language school, intending to operate within the framework of the advisory and educational market. The main problem is that the Chinese language is considered quite difficult, which is why many people do not want to start learning it. The second problem is that many schools and teachers do not tailor their curriculum to the individual students. The third problem is that schools most often provide exclusively educational services. Many more points can be included in the problems, because the development of a business plan includes extensive work in many areas, but the three mentioned above are highlighted as the main ones. Today, China, its economy and their influence in general on the development of any type of business in any country in the world have a strong influence. In view of European sanctions, Russian entrepreneurs are changing their course towards China, because for Russia, China is a good and reliable partner, both in politics and in business. The familiar “Made in China” now means good quality and cheap price. In addition to business, China and Russia are connected by tourism, student exchange and good friendly relations. All of the above has greatly increased the demand for learning Chinese not only in Russia, but throughout the world. Its relevance is gaining momentum every day and it has become a direct and equal competitor to the English language. As of June 2023, according to RT, more than 60% of Russians consider Chinese the most popular language. The main goal of my thesis is to develop a business plan for a new online Chinese language school, “Academy of Linguists.” To achieve this goal, it is necessary to identify and solve the following tasks: 1. Analyze the Chinese language market for demand, make sure the topic is relevant; 2. Study publicly available materials on drawing up a business plan and promoting small businesses for this type of enterprise; 3. Assess the effectiveness of the business plan. This business plan will be limited exclusively to the online Chinese language school “Academy of Linguists” and cannot be extended to other enterprises with similar activities. This business plan should help the school choose the right strategy for development and attracting customers, which will contribute to the successful launch of the business. The online Chinese language school is a project aimed at providing high-quality educational and communication services in an online format. For the successful implementation of a project aimed at creating and developing a new school to meet the growing demand for Chinese language teaching both in Russia and abroad, the development and implementation of an investment plan is necessary.
