International Market Expansion Strategy for Algoritmika Company

This final qualification paper examines the strategy for strengthening Algorithmica's position in international markets, focusing on countries where the company already has a presence. The aim of the work is to develop recommendations for scaling up in these countries to increase market share and ensure sustainable international development. The research analyses the company's current position, competitive environment and potential opportunities, and evaluates various strategies to strengthen the position. The results of the work include an action plan to implement the proposed strategies and an assessment of the expected results from their implementation.
