The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the role of parents in the sexual socialization of high school students. Based on the analysis of data obtained during the interview of parents and their high school children, answers will be received to such research questions: What kind of relationships develop within the family as a whole and in matters of discussing sexuality? Where do parents get information about sexuality and its transmission to children? Does parents reflect on their own adolescent experience of sexual socialization when they participate in the sexual socialization of their children? Are sexual health issues on the list of the most important topics discussed by parents with high school students? This will reveal the range of ideas of different generations in the family about such aspects of sexual socialization as family sexual culture, sexual health and the experience of parents in the framework of sexual socialization of their children. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography with 51 sources, as well as appendices.
