Developing a Development Strategy for an Existing Product

The study is designed to develop recommendations for changing the strategy for the development of the existing product, the application of JSC "Russian Railways to Passengers" of JSC "Russian Railways". To achieve this goal, key concepts in the field of strategy development and their essence were considered, internal and external analysis of the company and the application in particular (SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, analysis of source and secondary data) was carried out, an analysis of the target audience using Customer Development methods (JTBD, Person Map, Empathy Map and etc.), problematic interviews were conducted with the target audience of the application. Based on the results of the study, recommendations for changing the application development strategy were developed and described.
