This master's thesis explores the processes of purpose-making in conditions of uncertainty and chaos from a psychoanalytic perspective. It analyzes changes in companies from business, psychological, and psychoanalytic viewpoints. Special attention is given to demonstrating processes within organizational structures, highlighting critical tasks to consider when implementing changes. The study substantiates the concept of dynamic purpose-making, emphasizing the need for constant adjustment and adaptation of goals in a changing work environment. The work presents case studies showing how companies undergo stages of recognizing the need for change and conducting audits, demonstrating the results of applying theoretical knowledge in real-world conditions. The research reveals that change curves vary for each company and that effective management requires not only theoretical knowledge but also the ability to integrate various approaches in practice. Special attention is given to the state of the leader and the team, as well as their interactions within the organizational system. The research shows that understanding the personal experiences of the leader and identifying internal conflicts arising at different stages of change are key to effective management. A set of requirements for leaders and tools for dynamic purpose-making in turbulent times has been developed. Methods of working with teams are described, including strategic sessions and involving employees in decision-making processes, fostering the development of initiative and leadership qualities. The importance of the helping specialist’s role at each stage of change and the necessity for long-term work to successfully implement changes are emphasized. This study underscores the importance of linking theory and practice in management processes and the necessity of adapting theoretical knowledge to the conditions of the real organizational environment, ensuring organizational resilience to challenges and promoting long-term development.
