Analysis of Organizational Culture at JSC Russian Railways

The purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the organizational culture in Russian Railways. Now, organizational culture plays an important role in shaping the attitudes, behavior, and performance of a company's employees. By focusing on the key components of the existing organizational culture, this study also aims to analyze the preferred organizational culture with further identification of problem aspects. The study will include a variety of methods for collecting data on a company's organizational culture. Employee surveys and analysis of scientific literature will be used to collect information from employees at different levels of the organization. The data obtained will be analyzed to identify common themes, values, and beliefs that define organizational culture. It is expected that such an analysis of organizational culture will contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizational values and norms affect employee behavior, their interaction with management, and their overall performance.
