Study of Involvement in an IT Company

This research is devoted to the study of employee engagement in an IT company. The work examines the importance of employee engagement for the successful functioning of the organization, the specialities of involvement in the IT field, as well as methods and tools for measuring and improving the level of engagement. The purpose of the study is to identify factors influencing the level of employee engagement in an IT company and to develop recommendations for increasing this indicator. The results obtained can be useful for managers and HR specialists in the field of personnel management in IT companies. The work uses both quantitative and qualitative research, including employee surveys, interviews with managers and HR specialists, analysis of internal company documents and literature review. Based on the data obtained, recommendations will be developed to improve employee engagement, which may include improving the feedback system, developing training and staff development directions, and creating more flexible forms of work. In general, this thesis represents a comprehensive study of the problem of employee engagement in an IT company and can be used as a practical guide for managerial decisions in this area.
