Laser vision correction is a new trend in the field of paid medical services in ophthalmology due to modern technologies with minimal invasiveness, fast recovery and painlessness. If the necessary equipment is available, any medical institution can provide surgery, which, on the one hand, greatly support business, expands geography and accessibility for patients, on the other, increases the risk of providing poor-quality care, which influences not only to the safety and target result of the correction, but also affects the reputation of the clinic led to external costs and loss of patient flow in competitive market. The purpose of this work is to develop management and quality assurance measures in the provision of ophthalmological care in the field of refractive laser surgery and control over their implementation by managers of laser vision correction centers. Based on the results of the study, criteria for the quality of care according to the profile were identified - choice of method based on individual patient's needs, correct patient identification and input of parameters into the laser system, achievement of target results of the procedure and avoidance of complications. The main problems on the way to achieving them, according to experts and data analysis, are the lack of standards, the low level of surgeons communication skill, the knowledge of managers in the field of refractive surgery, and the commercialization of the service. Recommendations were proposed for managers of laser correction centers to improve the quality of care including the development of a checklist for surgeon's consultation , SOP for patient identification and entering parameters into the laser, and a scheme for primary monitoring of the choice of refractive laser vision correction technology.
