In the 21st century, employers are increasingly focusing on soft skills – personal indicators that encompass language proficiency, communication abilities, emotional intelligence development, and other parameters applicable not only in professional activities but also in everyday life and interactions with others. Among the younger population – schoolchildren and students, there is a growing desire to become entrepreneurs, with a significant portion of these demographic groups aspiring to start their own businesses. For an entrepreneur, it is crucial to understand the type of product required for the chosen target audience. Identifying the desires of the target audience requires the correct perception and interpretation of received information, which is part of emotional intelligence and flexible skills. Various methods can be applied for the most effective development of entrepreneurial abilities, ranging from tests and educational courses to practical sessions involving constructed real-life scenarios in the form of business or computer games. It is important to understand that not everyone has the potential to become an entrepreneur, so it is necessary to assess whether attention should be devoted to skill development. Assessing skills can be done through tests, but they are not always reliable, leading to a demand in the market for a product capable of evaluating potential entrepreneurs' soft skills under specific conditions. One approach involves online games capable of simultaneously gathering information about the player and analyzing it to identify entrepreneurial skills and their prerequisites. The research's goal will be to write a technical assignment for such a game, with empirical information sourced from observing a sample of players in an online game.
