Low-code is a method of developing digital products through graphical interfaces and minimizing manual coding. Recently, low-code has been gaining popularity due the rising costs of IT products, as this development method does not require expensive IT teams for extended periods. However, low-code platforms have emerged relatively recently and are still not well understood. During the design and development of Systems there are a number of difficulties associated with the list of limitations of such platforms, as well as there are problems in the internal processes of commands, as the generally accepted development methodologies are not adapted to the low-code approach and its features. This work has two main objectives. The first is the creation of a multi-user Booking System to manage the calendar of events and space occupancy management at International Exhibition Center, which will avoid scheduling conflicts, financial and reputational losses due to penalties, and organize centralized data storage and control of manager operations. The second goal is the identification of current features and problems during the developing of the Reservation System using a low-code platform, as well as the formation of rules and methods that contribute to the optimization of processes when working with the low-code approach.
