The purpose of this work is to study the influence of parental figures on the fate of girls who choose the profession of theater and film actresses. The purpose of the study is to study the psychoanalytic personality traits of actors and the influence of parents’ attitude towards the choice of young men and women on the success of their careers. Theoretical analysis showed that boys and girls who have chosen the professional path of an actor have an internal mental structure of personality, which allows them to use the psyche as a tool, which allows them to experience real feelings on stage and in front of the camera, and the ability to relieve internal tension, improving the quality of their mental life. The true desire to become an actor is acute and irresistible, a profession that is necessary for the psyche and the opportunity to find an alternative does not always satisfy desires. But experience shows that girls and boys often encounter negative attitudes from parental figures, which can be explained by the high competitiveness, emotional and financial instability of this profession. Young people experience frustration from admission and preparation and all the aggravating factors that they also know about, and in the event of a parental ban, they are forced to confront them. But the question remains open whether another profession is suitable for people who no longer want to deviate from their path.
