Development of a Psychological Well-being Programm in the Company Fitness House

This paper outlines the development of a comprehensive Psychological Well-being Program for employees of Fitness House, a leading company in the fitness industry. Recognizing the crucial interplay between mental and physical health, the overall aim of this research is to suggest the psychological well - being evaluation and management program for staff that helps cope with low labour efficiency in the fitness environment. Drawing upon evidence-based practices in psychology and workplace wellness, the program will offer a range of initiatives including stress management workshops, mindfulness sessions, emotional resilience training, and access to counseling services. The proposal emphasizes the importance of integrating mental health support into the company's existing fitness culture, thereby promoting holistic well-being among employees. Questionnaires and in-depth interviews will be employed to assess the program's effectiveness in enhancing employee satisfaction,
