Development of a Marketing Plan

One of the main problems hindering sustainable growth of a company and its success in the market is the lack of marketing strategy and its monitoring. This research aims to examine marketing planning and develop a methodology for its evaluating. The data is collected with the help of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including depth interview with the top management, a descriptive case-study and analysis of organizational documentation. The results of the research will determine: a) The current state of marketing planning in the company "Nlx Detailing" b) Areas for improvement in marketing planning. Based on the research findings, recommendations will be formulated for improving and implementing marketing planning, as well as a methodology for evaluating its effectiveness. Through this research, companies will be able to integrate the marketing plan as a part of the whole business plan, which will help to strengthen competitiveness and to increase company's financial flows.
