The purpose of the study is to consider and apply the methodology of identifying, assessing and analysing risks, as well as to identify risks and develop recommendations for managing product development risks in the company. The methodology of work consists in the analysis, systematisation, generalisation of information from scientific sources and various Internet articles, in the field of risk management, risk analysis and assessment, methodologies, as well as in conducting a number of risk studies on the product launched by the company LLC "Almina", in conducting interviews with an expert, in the identification, analysis and assessment of risks associated with the product. The result of the work are measures and recommendations for risk management associated with the future development of the product, for the most effective risk management within the company and minimise these risks. The results of the study are relevant for companies planning to develop a product in any market, but in particular in the market of clothes and clothing. The results of the study and the approaches and methodologies used in it can be extrapolated to other markets, products and companies.
