Unfortunately, not every small and medium-sized business company uses such a strategy of interaction with customers. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for creating a communication strategy for the hotel complex "Rosinka" in the Republic of Mari El. The research includes analysis of available marketing tools, analysis of social networks and the company's website, as well as a strategy session with the director of the company.
