Analyzing the Impact of Business Processes on Company Efficiency

In the context of rapid technological progress and dynamically changing market conditions, optimizing business processes becomes crucial for ensuring the competitiveness of organizations. This study examines the impact of business processes on organizational efficiency. The primary goal of the research is to identify methods that enhance operational efficiency and develop practical recommendations for optimizing business processes. The work includes the analysis of theoretical materials, conducting interviews and surveys, as well as observing real processes in the company, and developing recommendations for the organization OOO "STRIOT-plus." The research results confirmed the hypothesis that the implementation of standardized procedures and clearly defined business processes leads to a reduction in errors and an improvement in the quality of completed projects. The optimization measures introduced, such as improving working conditions and developing a reporting system, contributed to increased productivity and employee satisfaction, allowing the company to stay ahead of the construction schedule by 2 days. The obtained data and recommendations can be useful not only for OOO "STRIOT-plus" but also for other organizations striving to improve the efficiency of their activities.
