Sportswear Brand OneFive Development Strategy

The relevance of this bachelor's thesis lies in the fact that in modern economic conditions, the choice of sportswear can be uncertain, which requires the development of new marketing strategies, including advertising and collaboration with celebrities. To successfully enter the market, it is important for brands to attract new customers and strengthen their positions. The research focuses on the need for more thorough promotion of sportswear brands and the development of an effective marketing strategy. The work includes an analysis of the theoretical aspects of developing a sportswear brand strategy, an assessment of the Russian sportswear market for the OneFive brand, as well as proposals for developing a brand strategy. The methodology of the work includes conducting a survey to understand the needs of the target audience and optimize the strategies of companies in the sports fashion industry. The results of the study will help to increase awareness and achieve new financial goals of the brand. The structure of the work includes an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and logically related paragraphs focusing on key aspects of research and development of a strategy for the development of the OneFive sportswear brand.
