Improving the Process of Selecting IT Specialists in a Recruitment Agency

The analysis of modern literature on the topic of recruitment is carried out. The existing process of selecting IT specialists is analyzed by studying the regulations and conducting in-depth interviews. With the help of content analysis, the answers were interpreted and the difficulties faced by agency recruiters in the selection of technical specialists were identified, the solutions that are currently being applied were checked. Thus, weaknesses and growth areas were identified in the selection process. Based on the conducted research, recommendations have been developed to improve the process of selecting IT specialists in the recruitment agency "REDI", which are based both on improving existing solutions and modern practices from scientific and business literature.
