Development of Motivational Mechanisms in the Management of Medical Personnel of Federal state Budgetary Institutions of the Russian Federation

The study of the motivational mechanisms of medical workers remains a pressing issue, because given the limited material resources in the healthcare sector, non-material motivation becomes the main tools. The purpose of this study was to develop recommendations for the development of motivational mechanisms in the management of medical personnel of federal state budgetary institutions of the Russian Federation using the example of the department of neurosurgery of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Scientific Center of Neurology". As part of the study, we conducted: 1. Study of the motivational profiles of medical workers in the neurosurgical department and the operating unit of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Scientific Center of Neurology" using the author's sociological survey 2. Analysis of results and distribution of workers into groups in accordance with their motivational profiles 3. Motivation tools were proposed and implemented for each group according to their motivational profiles 4. Research of the opinions of medical workers of other federal state budgetary institutions using an online survey, as well as a series of in-depth interviews with healthcare organizers about motivational mechanisms 5. Recommendations were developed for the motivational mechanisms in the management of medical personnel of federal state budgetary institutions based on desk research and sociological research using questionnaires
