Currently, the goals set by modern organizations in business process management have changed. If earlier cost optimization and reduction of unnecessary work stages were priorities, now issues of providing employees with comfort when performing work tasks come to the fore. This is due to the fact that the human factor plays a key role in the success of the company. Therefore, it is especially important to take into account the opinion of employees when managing personnel. Design thinking is a human-centered methodology. Accordingly, the management of business processes using it will be aimed at meeting human needs. In this paper, the issue of the joint use of the process approach and design thinking is considered.
