Educational Programme: Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Business Consulting (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2024

This work is devoted to the study of the concept of countertransference in coaching. The master's thesis is based on the elaboration of theoretical approaches and concepts, supported by an in-depth study of the literature on countertransference and analysis of the empirical base, using a wide range of research methods and techniques. Of particular value to the work is the depth of the research and the quality of the analysis, reflected in the problem of identifying countertransference for psychoanalytic coaches - both students and quite experienced ones. It is due, among other things, to a different approach and view of the nature and practice of using, identifying or subsequently excluding countertransference from it. The findings and results of the study are extremely relevant for the practice of psychoanalytic coaching in light of the growing market for coaching and psychological services.
