Dream Analysis in the Process of Psychoanalytic Coaching

The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of dreams in the process of psychoanalytic coaching. The main objective of the study was to examine and analyze the role of dreams in the context of psychoanalytic coaching to determine their potential in helping clients more effectively reveal their requests and resolve relevant internal issues. The research tasks included: studying the structure of dreams and their symbolic content; determining the impact of dream analysis on the coaching process; investigating the interaction between coach and client in the process of working with dreams; analyzing practical examples to identify the features and effectiveness of using dream analysis in coaching. The following results were obtained in the course of the work: the study confirmed the relevance of integrating psychoanalytic approaches into the field of business consulting, which allows for the application of deep psychological aspects in the corporate environment and improves the efficiency of coaching processes. Dream analysis has shown its ability to enrich coaching practice, develop new strategies in addressing business inquiries, and contribute to a deeper understanding of clients' unconscious processes. Working with dream analysis enables clients to recognize their needs, resolve conflicts, and achieve their business goals, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the coaching process and increasing client satisfaction. Thus, the study confirmed the significance of dream analysis in psychoanalytic coaching and opened new perspectives for further research and development in this field.
