Design and Development of a Web Application for the Diagnosis of Lung Diseases.

The report on the final qualification work presents the process of design and development of web-application and information system for diagnostics of lung diseases. The work was carried out jointly with Perm State Medical University, whose employees are interested in the application of an information system for diagnosing lung diseases. The staff of Perm State Medical University also provided the initial data for its development (photographic images of pleural fluid cells). The first chapter contains the problem statement, requirements to the project, description of the problem solving methods. The second chapter describes the design of the information system architecture and discusses algorithms for recognising lung diseases. The third chapter includes implementation, testing and deployment of the application.
