Basic Principles of Organizing the Future of Work. Building the Future of Work Environment Using Information Technology.

This work will analyze the main trends in the organization of work of the future, software and hardware and environments involved in shaping the environment of the future of work. Based on an analysis of the current situation, the “Hybridization +” model will be proposed and described, combining a hybrid work format and artificial intelligence systems for effective teamwork. Also, this work will describe the results of an experiment confirming the viability of this model and present a prototype of a corporate messenger operating on the principles of this model.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
